Library access may be limited, but the "little free libraries" are booming. There are now 400 little book-exchange boxes in neighbourhoods across the CRD. Dr. Teale-Phelps Bondaroff, Board Member and Volunteer Greater Victoria Placemaking Network, joined Al to chat about these free libraries.
