In this hour, Dr. Ran Goldman, UBC pediatrics professor and investigator and BC Children's Hospital, joined Adam to discuss why some people feel COVID isn’t as deadly as it is, despite statistics showing it is far more deadly than the common flu. Later, Over the holidays there was a 45% decrease in testing for COVID-19. Adam spoke with Daniel Coombs, Professor, Mathematics Department and Institute of Applied Mathematics, UBC, about how this impacted BC’s infection curve. Adam also takes calls from listeners.
