Breaking: BC loses battle to control oil shipments through province
Breaking News: The BC Court of Appeal ruled Friday morning, saying the NDP government does not have the right to restrict oil shipments through its borders.
The decision essentially greenlights the expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline.
