Invasive European fallow deer to be eradicated from SḰŦÁMEN (Sidney Island)

Ryan speaks with Kate Humble, superintendent of the Gulf Islands Natural Park Reserve to learn more about SḰŦÁMEN QENÁȽ,ENEȻ SĆȺ - the Sidney Island Ecological Restoration Project that will see the population of invasive European fallow deer on the island eradicated as part of a multi-year project aimed at restoring native vegetation and removing invasive plant species and eliminating the invasive European fallow deer population while sustainably managing native black-tailed deer.
