Healy gave us a heads up that downtown Victoria will be very busy on Saturday night with the Santa Clause parade and a sold out hockey game at the arena. We talked about public safety downtown during a family event and road closures that include the Johnson Street bridge for a least 2 hours from 5pm to 7pm
