This week, we're broadcasting from the Goldilocks of British Columbia wine regions, the Naramata Bench. Colin Ross and BJ Tumanut, representing the Naramata Bench Association give us an overview of the region, just above Penticton, its members and upcoming special events. We also hear from members Matt Mikulic, Co-Owner and Winemaker for Three Sisters Winery, Lyndsay O'Rourke, Winemaker & Owner of Tightrope Winery and Garron Elmes, Winemaker & President of Lake Breeze Vineyards. 

As we head into the BC Day Long Weekend, we are back in Penticton this week with Paige Schulz, Marketing Manager for Visit Penticton to learn more about all the things to do and places to discover in and around the central Okanagan town. We speak with Elaine Vickers, winemaker for Red Rooster Winery on the Naramata Bench; then we hear from Nelson Annable, Head of Sales & Marketing at his family's cidery Millionaires' Row Cider Co. in Summerland; Mike Coghill, Founder of Yellow Dog Brewery in Port Coquitlam talks about their new location in downtown Penticton and Miranda Halladay, Co-Owner of Elephant Island Orchard Winery on the Naramata Bench rounds out the show. 

This week Anthony visits Langley, where he speaks with GM's Mike Raffan, Township 7, Norma Walters, Backyard Vineyards and Brian Ensor, Chaberton Estates about the relaunching of the Campbell Valley Wine Route featuring south Langley wineries. We also hear about the wines you can find in the Campbell Valley, from winemakers Township 7's Mary McDermott and Backyard Vineyard's Liam Berti, who highlight their respective sparkling wine programs. Erinn Krebda, Executive Director for Tourism Langley lists the popular festivals, sports events and markets you can enjoy in the region from now through the fall.
