Marketing manager Lauren Selfridge and Wineshop manager Lesley Buxton talk about the tasting room and the wine club offerings, then Chef Evan Robertson is joined by Kathy Malone to share pairings from The Bistro's menu, while highlighting the hyper-local sourcing that is the hallmark of the winery and its wines.
