The Beatles to host 'Yellow Submarine' sing-a-long watch party

Former Beatle, Ringo Starr took to the band's official social media platforms to announce a streaming Yellow Submarine sing-a-long watch party this coming weekend.

Starr begins the announcement with, "for those of you missing singing together, I've got good news!" He goes on to reveal that the 2018 restored sing-a-long version of the 1968 animated classic, Yellow Submarine, will be streaming online for the first time ever.

The sing-a-long version of Yellow Submarine, which includes song lyrics at the bottom of the screen, was released in theatres in 2018 to celebrate the film's 50th anniversary. It has not since been made available online.

The Yellow Submarine sing-a-long watch party will be streaming this Saturday at noon Eastern on The Beatles' official YouTube page
