WATCH: 30 years ago, U2 met fans outside the Montreal Forum
On February 29, 1992, U2 embarked on their Zoo TV Tour in support of their seventh studio album, Achtung Baby.
The tour featured intricate setups and multimedia intended to overload the senses and make a commentary on media oversaturation.
The tour also included a stop at the Montreal Forum on March 23, 1992 where, before entering the venue, Bono took the time to meet fans waiting outside.
