CJ104 Crime of the Week

West District RCMP are asking the public for information on the following criminal acts:

STOLEN AUTO PARTS AND TOOLS

On Sun. Nov.10, 2019, RCMP received a report of a break, enter and theft that occurred at a business on Route 103. Stolen automotive parts and tools taken from a business in Wakefield, N.B. The items were taken sometime between Tues. Oct.1st and Thurs. Oct. 10, 2019. Stolen items included:

  • Dart Big M series engine
  • High Helix blower
  • 18 inch super glide 4 ATI Shorty
  • Torque converter
  • MSD Promag 20
  • RCD starter battery pack and PSI hat
  • Drag-racing related parts and tools

VEHICLE AND TOOL THEFTS

On Sat. Oct. 26th, at approximately 11:30 PM, at least two people were involved in a break, enter and theft that occurred at Big Dog Equipment Sales, Dobie Road, Beardsley, N.B. Stolen included:

  • a white, 2009 Ford Escape, NB licence plate number NBR 949
  • an orange and black, 2011 Arctic Cat F800 snowmobile modified with an F1000 hood
  • a 2011 Chevrolet Colorado, NB licence plate number CUE 511.  Police believe this vehicle has since been painted black
  • a number of tools and fuel
