Deflated tires help get a stuck truck on its way again
A semi-truck driver found out the hard way his truck was taller than 3.7 meters.
Police had to close a small section of Guy St. between René-Lévesque and Saint-Antoine after the vehicle got stuck while trying to pass under the train bridge overnight.
The trucks tires were deflated so it could get out of the tight squeeze.
An inspection of the overpass found no structural damage, the trucks trailer was not as lucky.
The driver of the truck was fined for not respecting the signs indicating the height limit under the overpass.
