Turcot construction to resume on Monday
It was nice while it lasted but work on the new Turcot Interchange will resume on Monday after a two-week break for the holiday season.
But, progress is being made. According to Transport Quebec 70 per cent of the largest road project on the island has been completed.
Among the next steps in the coming months, will be the dismantling of the remaining portion of the 720 West and the dismantling of the 15 in the Côte-Saint-Paul area.
By the time summer rolls around, 97 per cent of the old structure will be completely demolished.
The $3.67 billion project is expected to be completed by 2020.
