Nestled in the heart of Ontario's true north, Rosewood Ave is a country duo that's taking small town dreams to new heights. Fate brought Dave and Sabrina together when his family was forced to move to the small town of Iroquois Falls after a local paper mill shutdown. Luckily for them, Dave moved across the avenue from Sabrina. It didn’t take long until they fell in love and became high school sweethearts, and now they're making music as husband and wife.
When the pandemic hit, Rosewood Ave turned to live streaming to keep their music alive. Their performances caught the attention of Country Rebel, catapulting them to a staggering 3 million views. The duo introduced their debut singles “Fool for Love” and “Broke” to the country music scene with the help of renowned Nashville producer Garth Fundis (Trisha Yearwood, Sugarland, Keith Whitley).
Rosewood Ave followed up with “Whatcha Gonna Do” and “Good Ole Days”. They continued to achieve a multitude of accolades and garner the attention of the country music industry through major features including; The Country Network’s “The Next Big Twang”, Sirius XM's Top of the Country, Amazon Editorial Breakthrough Country, and Country Rebel. As a result of their early accomplishments, Rosewood Ave received a nomination for Group or Duo of the Year at the 2023 CMAOntario Awards. That same year, the duo was selected from thousands of submissions and won the CBC Searchlight - Most Outstanding Country Artist award. They later released their single "I Won't", which saw major features such as Sirius XM Top of the Country Emerging Artist and Acadia
Broadcasting Break Out Artist, helping them crack the Top 100 Canadian Country music radio charts. 2024 earned them
a second nomination as CMAOntario group or duo of the year and they signed a partnership with CCMA nominated Fame Group Agency.
Produced by Juno and CCMA award winning producer Bart McKay, "Leavin’ Town" was co-written by Tenille Arts, Mark Narmore (Craig Morgan, Josh Turner) and Adam Wheeler (Megan Moroney, Scotty McCreery).
Rosewood Ave is no stranger to the stage, having opened for acts such as Lainey Wilson, Dallas Smith, Dean Brody, The Reklaws, James Barker Band, and performed at festivals like Ottawa Bluesfest, Canadian National Exhibition, Royal Ontario Museum, Timmins Rock on the River, Kipawa Country Fest, Live Love Laugh Festival, CMAOntario Summer Bash, Russell Fall Fair, and CCMA Off Country Showcase. With undeniable vocal chemistry on and off stage and a packed 2026 schedule, the duo is poised to captivate audiences for years to come.
