There has been a country music baby boom.
LANCO’s Brandon Lancaster and wife Tiffany welcomed their first child on Sept. 19, followed on Sept. 24 by Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and wife Hayley welcoming their third child and then Clay Cook of Zac Brown Band and his wife Brooke welcoming their third child on Sept. 25.
Elora Ivelle Lancaster weighed in at 7 lbs. 3 oz. when she was born in Nashville.
"I thought I knew what strength was, until I was with my wife during 36 hours of labour,” Lancaster, 31, shared on Instagram. “She is strength. I thought I knew what love was until I held my daughter. That is love.
“Only a few days on this new adventure and already learning some of the biggest lessons in my life. Feeling so thankful and blessed.”
Atlas Roy Hubbard weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz. when he was born in Nashville. “Atlas stands for strength,” the Hubbards told People. “For us, this name also represents our family's passion for travel and experiencing different cultures.” (Roy is the name of Tyler’s late father.)
Atlas joins siblings Olivia Rose, 2, and Luca Reed, 1.
“Having three under 3 was not our plan,” the couple said, “and now we can't imagine it any other way.”
And, Cook’s daughter Cecilia Ellen Cook weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. when she was born in Newnan, Georgia. Her first name comes from the patron saint of music and her middle name honours her maternal great-grandmother’s.
Cook, 42, and his wife already have sons Charles Robert, 3, and Theron Maine, 2.
“We have always hoped for the opportunity to raise a strong girl alongside her two sweet brothers,” the couple captioned a pic on Instagram. “The fact that she came to us during this year is a blessing not lost on us.”
