The Cuban-born pop star officially went loco for Ontario's Shawn Mendes in 2019 – and their duet "Señorita" became a No. 1 hit. The couple's PDAs tapered off after his world tour was over and her album Romance came out, but only the most cynical among us would question their love.

The country singer met Peterborough, Ont.-born Mike Fisher at her concert in Ottawa in 2008 — and they were engaged a year later. The Oklahoma native tied the knot with Fisher in July 2010 and built a home west of Ottawa during his stint as a Senators player. While they’re now based in Nashville, the couple often return to Ontario to spend time with Fisher’s family.
