Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is gearing up to release a new eight-episode YouTube Premium series, Sugar, on Aug. 15.
The Levine executive-produced series will feature a weekly episode with different artists making surprise visits to fans who have given back to their local communities.
“I'm really excited to show this interesting show/experiment filled with many different experiences and emotions; based on the concept behind our video for ‘Sugar.’ I'm extremely grateful and equally excited for all who participated on both sides of the camera,” Levine explained in a statement.
Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Snoop Dogg, Charlie Puth, A$AP Ferg and Bad Bunny are reportedly among the celebrity guests expected to make an appearance on the series so far, according to Billboard.
Since its release, the wedding-crashing video for Maroon 5’s 2014 hit “Sugar” – which the series name comes from – has earned over 2.5 billion views on YouTube.
