Alanis Morissette announced on Monday that she will celebrate the 25th anniversary of her breakthrough album Jagged Little Pill with a tour next summer.

The Ottawa-born singer has included only one Canadian show – July 11 at Budweiser Stage in Toronto – on the 31-city tour, which kicks off June 2 in Portland.

Morissette will perform Jagged Little Pill in its entirety as well as other songs from her repertoire. She will be joined at the Toronto show by Garbage and Liz Phair.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 11 a.m. on Dec. 13 and come with an instant download of a new song, “Reasons I Drink” from Morissette’s forthcoming album Such Pretty Forks in the Road (out May 1).

Jagged Little Pill, Morissette’s third album, was released on June 13, 1995 and spawned hit singles like “You Oughta Know,” “Hand in my Pocket” and “Ironic.” It became one of the top-selling albums ever by a female artist.

A Broadway musical inspired by the album opens this week in New York City.
