Avenged Sevenfold Bring Fan On Stage To Step In For Sick Bassist

You never know what might happen at an Avenged Sevenfold show and fans in Nottingham, England learned that when the band played there on Wednesday.

At the gig, the group brought up a lucky fan to sing backup in place of bassist Johnny Christ, who was under the weather and couldn't handle the vocals.

Singer M. Shadows picked an audience member who seemed to know all the words to every song. That guy, named Daniel, then got to back up the vocalist on the song "Nightmare." Unfortunately, Daniel blew out his voice during opening act Disturbed's set, but he still made it a memorable performance. Watch the video below:
