Azealia Banks has finally apologized to Zayn Malik.
You might remember that, back in May, Banks went on a racist and hateful tirade against Malik after she accused him of ripping off visual elements of one of her music videos.
On Friday night, Banks took to Instagram to apologize directly to Malik via her Instagram account.
"I chose to share this letter on social media as I offended not only Zayn but may other people," she wrote in the caption. "I have learnt to admit my wrongs and how to take accountability for my actions. I'm sorry."
In the letter, Banks admitted that she mistook some of Malik's tweets as personal attacks when they were completely unrelated to her.
"There are no words that can fully express how sorry I am. Recent events have taught me the importance of taking accountability for ones actions. I want and need to say I am sorry, I was wrong."
Those "recent events' likely include an incident recently in which she was kicked out of a party by actor Russell Crowe after allegedly threatening violence.
