Billie Eilish Confirms Shes Singing New Bond Theme

Billie Eilish confirmed rumours on Tuesday that she recorded the theme song for the latest James Bond flick.

"No Time To Die JAMES BOND. AND I AM SINGING THE THEME SONG," the 18-year-old shared on Instagram. "WHAAT"

The official 007 Instagram account confirmed the news. "The #NoTimeToDie title song will be performed by @billieeilish. Billie has written the song with her brother @finneas and is the youngest artist in history to write and record a James Bond theme song."

On Monday, Eilish teased fans by sharing photos of several iconic “Bond girls” via Instagram Stories – shortly after a report by James Bond blog Mi6-HQ that she sings the theme to No Time to Die, which comes out April 2. (Director Cary Jovi Fukunaga is one of Eilish’s 48.6 million followers on Instagram.)

Eilish joins an impressive list that includes Madonna, Tina Turner, Duran Duran and Paul McCartney. Adele performed the Skyfall opener and Sam Smith recorded the theme to Spectre.
