Blake Shelton announced this week that he will open a 26,000-square-foot entertainment complex in Nashville next year.
Named Ole Red after his 2002 hit "Ol' Red," the venue is being built on Lower Broadway and will feature a two-story bar, a rooftop restaurant, retail space and private event areas.
Shelton is opening another Ole Red near his home in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, later this year.
“It’s amazing to me to see a song that’s been such a big part of my career come to life in the plans for Ole Red," Shelton explained. "Nashville and Tishomingo are both places that are important to me, and it’s great that each location is going to have its own personality inspired by one of my favorite songs."
