It’s a happy holiday season for Blake Shelton, who unwrapped the news that his album Fully Loaded: God’s Country debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart – and No. 2 on the all-genre Billboard 200.
According to Nielsen Music, Fully Loaded earned 96,000 equivalent album units in its first week, thanks in part to a bundle with concert tickets.
"This one has been a special one to put together and I’m real proud of it," Shelton tweeted when the album dropped on Dec. 12. "This one’s for y’all!"
Fully Loaded is a collection of four new songs along with eight previously-released ones, including “God’s Country” and his duet with girlfriend Gwen Stefani, “Nobody but You.” The latter is currently No. 9 on the Hot Country Songs chart and at the top of the all-genre Digital Song Sales chart.
