Passengers onboard Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas will experience next week’s solar eclipse like no one else on the planet.
Bonnie Tyler will perform her signature power ballad “Total Eclipse of the Heart” as the moon moves across the sun during the Total Eclipse Cruise on Aug. 21.
“The eclipse of the sun lasts two minutes and 40 seconds, I’m told,” the 66-year-old Welsh told Time. “Unlike my song.”
The original version of “Total Eclipse, written by Jim Steinman (Bat Out of Hell) was about seven minutes long but Tyler recorded a 4m30s version for radio. The single became a massive hit.
The Total Eclipse Cruise, which leaves Orlando on Aug. 20, will also feature a performance by DNCE.
The actual eclipse will be visible across North America at 11:46 a.m. ET on Aug. 21.
