The surviving members of Boyzone announced Monday they will celebrate their 25th anniversary next year with new music and a tour.
Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch and Mikey Graham shared a new photo on Instagram along with the exciting news for fans of the Irish group.
“Plans are being hatched for new music and lots of touring throughout the year,” read the message. “But next year still seems a long way off so in case you can’t wait, the Boyz are hitting the road for some exclusive UK shows later this summer.”
Original member Stephen Gately died in 2009 while on vacation with his partner Andrew Cowles on Majorca. He was 33.
Having sold more than 13 million records in the UK alone, Boyzone is the second-biggest boy band there, behind Take That.
The group has released five studio albums since debuting in 1994.
The members currently range in age from 40 to 44.
