Britney Spears was in Las Vegas on Thursday night to announce – without saying a word – that she’s returning to Las Vegas.
The pop icon will launch a new residency, Britney Spears: Domination, at the 5,200-seat Park Theater at Park MGM on Valentine’s Day weekend.
The new show, described as “an immersive experience” is scheduled to run for 32 nights in 2019. Tickets, starting at $79 U.S., go on sale Oct. 26.
Domination follows Spears’ Piece of Me residency, which ran at Planet Hollywood from 2013 to 2017.
Fans who gathered outside the theatre on Thursday for the big announcement were left disappointed when Spears appeared but said nothing and only waved before heading to a waiting SUV.
In a statement, she said: “I’m working on a brand new show and I’m so excited for my fans to see it! It’s going to be so much fun being back on stage and I can’t wait to perform at Park Theater.”
