Bruce Springsteen has revealed he will be hitting the road again the E Street Band.
“We will go on tour next year,” the Boss reportedly told Italy’s Repubblica. “I’ll record with the E Street Band in the fall, and when we’re done, we’ll go on tour.”
The singer, who turns 70 this year, last toured with the E Street Band in 2016-2017 in support of the 35th anniversary of The River. It included a stop in Toronto.
Springsteen and the E Street Band haven’t visited other parts of Canada since 2012’s Wrecking Ball Tour – which hit Vancouver, Hamilton, Ottawa, and Moncton in addition to Toronto.
Springsteen’s latest solo album, Western Stars, comes out June 14 along with a documentary about the making of it.
