Camila Cabello’s April 27th concert at Toronto’s Sony Centre for the Performing Arts will be a warm-up for a much bigger show in the city three months later.
On Thursday, Cabello was announced as one of the opening acts on Taylor Swift’s upcoming Reputation tour.
“I’ve been wanting to tell you this for a very long time, but the opening acts on the Reputation stadium tour will be Charli XCX and Camila Cabello,” the pop star announced via video on Twitter.
“I’m really excited, I can’t wait to see you.”
Swift – with Cabello and Charli XCX – will perform Aug. 3 and 4 at Rogers Centre in Toronto. It’s the only Canadian stop on the tour.
Cabello kicks off her Never Be The Same tour in Vancouver on April 9 and stops in Toronto and Montreal.
The former Fifth Harmony's singer's self-titled debut solo album is currently No. 12 on the Billboard 200 chart and "Havana" is No. 4 on the Hot 100. Swift's Reputation is No. 23 and her single "End Game" is No. 91.
