Canadian music legend David Foster is ending 2017 on a romantic European vacation with singer-actress Katharine McPhee.
The lovebirds were snapped earlier this week smooching in Paris and walking hand-in-hand in Gstaad, Switzerland on Thursday.
Foster, 68, and McPhee, 33, only recently went public with their relationship.
A native of Victoria, Foster has five daughters ranging from 31 to 47 years of age and seven grandchildren. He has been married four times.
Foster’s divorce from Yolanda Hadid – mother of models Bella and Gigi – was finalized earlier this year.
He has won 16 Grammys during his career and has worked with artists like Whitney Houston, Madonna and Canadians Michael Bublé and Céline Dion.
McPhee’s six-year marriage to Nick Cokas ended in 2014 and their divorce was finalized in February 2016. She had a two-year relationship with her Scorpion co-star Elyes Gabel.
The Season 5 runner-up on American Idol, has a long history with Foster – including joining him on stage at a charity gala in Niagara Falls, Ont. in 2006.
McPhee has released four studio albums and one holiday collection. Her most recent album is titled I Fall In Love Too Easily.
In the December issue of Health magazine, McPhee is quoted as saying she is "pretty single" and hasn't had "anything super serious since" dating Gabel.
Asked about Foster, she said: “We’re very close friends, and we’ve been friends for a long time. I’m really, really fond of him, and I think he’s an incredible person. I’ve known him since I was 21 years old, you know? He produced my first single. So he’s been really good to me.
"People can say whatever they want."
