Canada's Suzie McNeil will be in Las Vegas next month to kick off the Aerosmith: Deuces Are Wild residency.
The 42-year-old Toronto singer is backing the legendary rock band for its 35-show run at the Park Theater at the Park MGM Resort.
McNeil (and husband Andrew Mactaggart) toured extensively in Loving Mary, the band that backs Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler's solo shows, but she said that performing with Aerosmith is "surreal."

She explained: “The thing that kind of resonated with me is the history that these guys have. So, just to be in that room and watch their dynamic and think, ‘wow everything that these guys have been through…’ is really cool.”
McNeil promised that Aerosmith: Deuces Are Wild will have “all the bells and whistles” of a Vegas show but “there’s also the feeling that this is a rock and roll band,” so fans can expect to hear songs going back to the ‘70s.
“It will be a good mix,” she said.
