Cardi B ended months of speculation early Sunday by revealing a baby bump during a performance on Saturday Night Live.
“I’m finally free!,” Cardi exclaimed backstage, in a video shared on Instagram.
The 25-year-old rapper’s pregnancy was clear in a white Christian Siriano dress she wore while doing her track “Be Careful.”
Up until the moment, Cardi had been carefully hiding her expanding belly at public appearances and had played down rumours that she was expecting a baby with her fiancé, Migos rapper Offset.
It will be the fourth child for 26-year-old Offset, whose real name is Kiari Cephus, and the first for Cardi, who was born Belcalis Almanzar.

Cardi was scheduled to join Bruno Mars on the next North American leg of the 24K Magic World Tour, which kicks off July 25 and includes two shows in Toronto in September.
