Carrie Underwood has some advice for new moms: Ask for help.
“Accepting help is hard for me, but I’m learning," the country star told Redbook. "Sometimes I feel guilty that this is my son’s life: We live on a bus and we’re in a hotel room, and sometimes we’re in the middle of nowhere and it’s not so great. It’s not all glamorous.”
Underwood, who has been married to Canadian hockey player Mike Fisher for six years, has a nanny while she's on the road, but admitted it's still tough asking for help with 20-month-old Isaiah when she's at home.
"I’d feel guilty asking someone to watch him at home while I run to the grocery store,” she said.
So when's No. 2 on the way? Underwood said it will be a whole lot easier when Fisher retires from hockey and will be home to help more.
