The widow of Chester Bennington shared a family photo Thursday taken only days before the Linkin Park singer ended his life.

In the photo Talinda Bennington posted on Twitter, Bennington is seen with a big smile on his face while looking out a beach with four of his children at his side.

“This was days b4 my husband took his own life,” Talinda captioned the image. “Suicidal thoughts were there, but you’d never [know].”

The photo was taken while Bennington was on vacation with his family in Arizona ahead of a planned Linkin Park tour.

Bennington hung himself in their California home days later, at the age of 41.

Talinda has become a mental health advocate on social media. "I'm going to spend the rest of my life for this cause," she tweeted. "My grandkids won't know about mental stigmas!"
