Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor – never one to shy away from speaking his mind – poked fun at this year’s line-up of Coachella performers.

It started when Hatebreed frontman Jamey Jasta tweeted a link to an L.A. Weekly article asking “what it takes to be a Coachella headliner.” Jasta tweeted: “Gotta have A LOT of laptops running!”

Taylor responded with “And some SERIOUS auto tune…” which prompted Jasta to add “full pro tools rigs onstage!”

Taylor then tweeted “Milli Vanilli WANT their f**kin GRAMMY back!!!” – referring to the ‘90s pop duo that was stripped of a Grammy when it was revealed they didn’t sing on their album.

Coachella headliners include Ariana Grande and Childish Gambino. Other performers include Khalid, Bad Bunny, Zedd, and Billie Eilish.

When it debuted in 1999, Coachella featured headliners like Rage Against the Machine and Tool – and followed in the years to come with acts like Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Cure, Radiohead, Coldplay and Nine Inch Nails.
