Country music star Granger Smith was injured Friday night when he fell off the stage during a performance at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey.
Granger was standing on a monitor when it toppled over, sending the "Till The Wheels Fall Off" singer crashing down into a metal barricade.
The 37-year-old managed to finish the set.
Granger was taken to a nearby emergency room and then transferred to a trauma centre, where doctors treated him for two broken ribs and a punctured and partially collapsed lung.
Granger plans to rest with his family in Texas.
Remaining appearances this weekend have been canceled.
