Country singer Tim Williams – who also happens to be the star of those ubiquitous Trivago commercials – was arrested this week on suspicion of DUI.
The 52-year-old singer-actor was allegedly found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle in a lane of traffic, with his foot on the brake. Police said he failed a field sobriety test.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Williams was ordered to have a mental health or intellectual disability assessment. He was released on $100 U.S. bond, and is due in court on April 17.
Williams, who released a rock EP in 2013, dropped his first country album, Magnolia City, late last year.
