Demi Lovato, Idina Menzel, and Disney are being sued over the popular 2013 Frozen song “Let It Go.”

“Let It Go” – which has since gone viral on social media and memes – was performed by Menzel in the animated film, and later by Lovato for the radio single.

Now, according to TMZ, Spanish singer Jaime Ciero is suing the two artists and the film franchise because the Disney hit sounds similar to his 2008 song “Volar.”

Ciero is claiming that both have similar “note combinations, structures, hooks, melodies, lyrics, themes, production and textures.”

In his fight, Ciero is reportedly seeking profits from the movie, marketing and soundtrack.
