Disguised Dierks!
The country star has made a recent habit of showing up to his own concert dates for a little pre-show singalong, but he’s not dressed as himself.
The “Black” singer shows up incognito as a member of the Bolo Boys, a bluegrass ensemble also made up of a few additional members of his regular band.
During a recent show in Pennsylvania, they even performed a track off Dierks’ own 2010 bluegrass album Up on the Ridge.
The Bolo Boys disguise isn’t the first time Dierks has dressed up in character to perform.
In 2015, he also dug up another alter ego to form ‘90s cover band Hot Country Knights, which also featured Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley, Randy Houser and even Miranda Lambert.
See Dierks as the real Dierks on the What the Hell Tour, running through the fall.
