The first round of performers for the upcoming iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards was announced today, and the line-up looks stellar.
Taking to the stage for Toronto’s biggest street party on June 18 will be DNCE, Iggy Azalea, Imagine Dragons, Jazz Cartier, Julia Michaels, and Lorde.
The iconic awards show is always memorable for its performances, and this year is no exception.
“With our enduring commitment to bringing the best in music to Canadians, this first announcement proves that there’s no shortage of star power for fans this year,” said Nanci MacLean, Vice-President of Bell Media Studios, in a statement.
“From pop to rock to hip-hop, the 2017 MMVAs has something for everyone, as the iconic corner of Queen and John in Toronto once again hosts another epic and unforgettable night.”
The MMVAs airs live in simulcast on Much, CTV, and VRAK. It will also be broadcast live on the iHeartRadio app as well as nine Virgin Radio stations.
