Doja Cat is having a bit of fun with Twitter users who are complaining about changes implemented by the social media platform’s new owner, Elon Musk.
Early on Thursday morning, the pop star posted a voice clip in which she mocks people willing to pay for Twitter’s verified badge.
"You guys are paying $8 a month to come on here and go to war with people who are not in agreement with who your favourite pop star is?,” she asked. “You’re paying $8 a month to come on here and say s**t like ‘bye?’ You’re coming on here for $8 a month to post porn and then get into an argument?
“I think I can stop there. OK cool. Bye!”

Earlier, Doja Cat posted five seconds of her sighing.
Her frustrations with Twitter evidently include not being able to change her display name on her account after changing it to “Christmas.”
She tweeted “why can’t i change my name on here” and “how do i change it also f**k you elon" and then confessed "i don’t wanna be Christmas forever @elonmusk please help i’ve made a mistake.”
Late Wednesday, Musk replied: “Working on it!”
When someone asked the pop star if she was “doing this because you need [to] change your name here,” she replied: “no I’m just making fun of everybody.”
