Drake is unloading the Beverly Hills compound he purchased just last year from British pop star Robbie Williams.
The luxury property perched on Benedict Canyon was listed on Monday for a whopping $88 million U.S.
Designed by KAA Associates and built in 2001, the 19.75-acre property features a main house with seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms (there are three more bedrooms and nine more bathrooms elsewhere) as well as a gourmet kitchen, library and screening room. There’s a wine cellar, gym and game room plus a garage that can accommodate 11 cars.
There is also a guest house with indoor/outdoor kitchen, mosaic-tiled pool, tennis court and orchard.
In all, there is 24,260 square feet of living space.
Williams listed the estate for $85 million U.S. but Drake was able to get it for $75 million, according to reports. (Williams purchased it from Guess cofounder Armand Marciano in 2015 for $32.7 million.)
Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corporation have the listing.
Last year, Drake sold the three houses on his 6.7-acre property in the Hidden Hills community of Los Angeles for a total of $23 million. He also owns a mansion in Toronto’s tony Bridle Path neighbourhood.
