Drake took to Instagram Stories on Monday to show how he is back on his feet five weeks after undergoing knee surgery.

The 34-year-old rap star shared a clip showing him walking inside his Toronto home and captioned it: “SOME CONFIDENT STEPS at 5 WEEKS.”

He tagged three NFL players who suffered knee injuries as well as fellow rapper Benny the Butcher, who was shot in the leg last month. “Hope all of you are healing up well,” he wrote.

In late October, Drake shared a photo of his right knee in a brace but did not offer any details about why surgery was required. (Perhaps he sustained an injury on the full-size basketball court in his mansion? Or there was a "Toosie Slide"-related mishap?)

At the time, Drake wrote: “I actually want to use this post to send love and motivation to anybody else that 2020 let loose on. Start writing the best bounce back story NOW.”
