Drake made a young fan's birthday hopes a reality on Monday, when he paid a visit to 11 year-old heart patient Sofia Sanchez.
The young fan’s “In My Feelings” challenge YouTube video went viral within less than a week, and caught the Canadian rapper's attention.
Sanchez, who celebrated her birthday last Saturday, had only two wishes on her big day: to receive a new heart and to meet her idol, Drake. Diagnosed with a condition that often leads to heart failure, Sanchez recently underwent open heart surgery and is awaiting a heart transplant.

The Scorpion rapper granted one of Sanchez’s wishes when he took a break from touring to swing by and see Sanchez at Chicago’s Lurie Children’s Hospital. Drake shared the adorable moment on Instagram, posting a black-and-white photo of the two sporting beaming smiles.
