A drummer by the name of Greg Barton is planning to raise money for cancer research by playing the entire Foo Fighters discography in one sitting on June 7.
Barton posted about the feat on Instagram, announcing he will attempt to play all 128 songs from the band's 12 albums, nonstop over the course of 9.5 hours. He is dedicating the performance to his grandmother who is battling cancer, and as a tribute to the late Taylor Hawkins.
Starting June 7th at 12:00PM EST, the event will be livestreamed on YouTube, where he has already timestamped the entire marathon set.
Barton is currently accepting donations to the Cancer Research Institute, in which he hopes to raise at least $5,000 USD. Donations can be made here.
We'll have to wait and see if he can pull it off, but there is definitely one thing we can guarantee: his butt will be sore at the end of it, that's for sure.

Update: he did it! You can watch the full nine hours and 15 minutes of Barton drumming here.
