Country star Dwight Yoakam has become a first-time father at 63.
The singer and wife Emily welcomed Dalton Loren Yoakam on Aug. 16, according to a tweet from his reps.

Yoakam married Emily Joyce in March after a decade together but did not share news of the nuptials until May.
