Ed Sheeran left the stage twice during his concert in Cardiff, Wales on Saturday night to use the bathroom.
“I’ve been gigging since I was 14 and I’ve never done that,” the singer told the sold-out crowd at Principality Stadium.
Sheeran first rushed off after singing “Galway Girl.” Three songs later, he stopped in the middle of “Photograph” and said, “I’m so sorry, Cardiff,” before taking another bathroom break.
It’s not known if Sheeran was having digestive issues or had drank too much water – but fans took it in stride.
Day 3 of the Ed Sheeran gig complete. Personal highlight was when he had to take his Guitar off in a hurry slap bang in the middle of a song to run to the toilet. Then on his return pick up the guitar and just start singing again as if the fans didn’t notice the 5 min silence lol
