Elton John on Wednesday announced the rescheduled dates for his farewell tour.
The singer will stop at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on Feb. 14 and 15, 2022 for shows that were originally supposed to happen this past March 28 and 29.
John will be at the Bell Centre in Montreal on Feb. 18 and 19, 2022. Those shows were originally scheduled for April 2 and 3 of this year.)
Tickets for the postponed shows will be honoured on the rescheduled dates.

The rock icon was forced to pause his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour due to COVID-19. He had already made stops in Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg.
“I’ve been enjoying my time at home with the family while the world navigates its way through the COVID pandemic,” said John in a video message. “But, I really miss being on the road and performing for my beloved fans.
“While the scientists are making great progress, we are making big plans for a return to touring that will allow us to ensure the health and safety of everyone.”
The Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour began in September 2018 and was scheduled to wrap up in early 2021.
