Eminem took to Instagram this past weekend to celebrate a decade of sobriety.
The rap superstar shared a photo in which he’s holding up a 10-year Alcoholics Anonymous chip.
“Celebrated my 10 years yesterday," Eminem captioned the pic.
The 45-year-old rapper told Men’s Journal in 2015 that he accidentally overdosed on Vicodin and Valium in 2007 and had to be hospitalized. He checked himself into rehab in 2008.
Eminem addressed his overdose in “Castle,” a track on his latest album Revival, and included the sound of pills being flushed down a toilet at the end of another song, “Arose.”
