Former Monsta X member Wonho announced Monday he will release his debut solo mini-album Love Synonym #1: Right For Me on Sept. 4.
The 27-year-old singer left the K-pop group last October after allegations that he had previously smoked marijuana – which is still an illegal drug in South Korea. (He was later cleared in a police investigation.)
The first single from the collection is titled "Losing You."
Wonho released three Korean and two Japanese albums with Monsta X. He is also heard on the group’s English-language album All About Luv, which was released four months after his departure.
