Future took to Twitter on Saturday to seemingly give himself a pat on the back for paving the way for new rappers – and he thinks they should thank him.
After the surprise release of his new mixtape, Beast Mode 2, on Friday, the rapper tweeted "I been humble way too long,” and "I gracefully gave u a style to run with like it was your own. Thank me."
The nine-track album is Future’s first solo release of the year, and is the follow up to the original 2015 mixtape.
