Garth Brooks is heading to Hamilton, ON for two arena shows this December.
The country music icon’s Blame It All On My Roots Arena Tour sees him return to Hamilton for the first time in ten years, playing shows on Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5 at TD Coliseum.
Tickets for both concerts go on sale Friday, November 6 at 10:00AM EST via Ticketmaster. All tickets are priced at CA$199.95 ($177.45 inclusive of tax + $5.00 facility fee + $17.50 service fee).
According to the press release, the end-stage and in-the-round seating means that “every seat in the house is a great one, all at the same fair price!”
These shows will mark the third time Brooks has performed in Hamilton. He first performed at Copps Coliseum (now TD Coliseum) back on September 5, 1996, and returned 20 years later to the same venue, then named FirstOntario Centre, for five shows with his wife Trisha Yearwood in March 2016.
As the press release points out, “Years that end in a ‘6′ appear to be good for Garth fans in Hamilton!"
On his socials, Brooks shared a video reminiscing about his time in Canada, with the caption, “Some of the greatest memories of my life have been made singing with you guys in Canada 🇨🇦 I can’t wait to make more!! HAMILTON, ONTARIO, you’re the first stop as we bring the Blame It All On My Roots Tour north!!! love, g."
